Enhancements (New Features and Functionality)
There were no new enhancements in this version of the software.
Bug Fixes
The following bug fixes were made to the platform.
-
DI-5056 - Multi-valued fields should be URL encoded
TDP now supports URL encoded multi-valued attributes in Cognito mappings. This addresses an AWS Cognito enhancement. -
DI-4851 - Users can't install data hub on ec2 instance
New Tetra Data Hub installations were failing because the AWS Command Line Interface (AWS CLI), version 1 required a newer version of Python than was in the installation script. With this bug fix, the Tetra Data Hub installer has upgraded the AWS CLI to version 2, as per AWS recommendation. AWS CLI, version 2 no longer requires Python, thus resolving this installation failure issue. Note that TDP supports both AWS CLI version 1 and AWS CLI version 2. -
DI-4998 - Cellario connector - offline
When the status of the HRB Cellario Connector changed, the change was not always captured in CloudWatch. Now, when an error occurs, the issue is logged and is displayed in Cloudwatch. Also, the connector will be restarted if there is an unexpected error, such as a network connection issue.
Deprecated Features
The following features are currently deprecated.
-
Usage of the API Key for Authentication
The API Key, which is used for authentication, is deprecated. While the API Key still works, we strongly recommend that you use the JSON Web Token (JWT) instead. -
Pipeline Dashboard
While the pipeline dashboard is still available, its functionality has been relocated to the Pipeline Monitoring and Pipeline Processing screens.
Minor Functionality Changes
The following functionality changes have been made to the product for this release.
If there is an unexpected error, such as a network issue, a connector will be restarted. See Ticket DI-4998 in the Bug Fixes section of this note for more details.
