The Tetra LabX Agent is a Windows-based application that accesses the Mettler Toledo LabX system integration service, extracts tasks, and related data. The agent then outputs that data in JSON format and uploads it to the Tetra Data Platform (TDP).

Hardware and Software Requirements

System Requirements

The Tetra LabX Agent must be installed on a system that meets the following requirements:

Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) or later, with TLS 1.2 enabled

Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 or later, with TLS 1.2 enabled
The server should have 8 GB of RAM at minimum, though 16 GB is recommended
The CPU should be at minimum Intel Xeon 2.5.0GHz (or equivalent)

LabX Server Requirements

The Tetra LabX Agent requires the following LabX server configuration:

LabX software version 10, 11, 12, or 13
Apply LabX "System Integration" license key to allow the Agent to access LabX integration service
A valid LabX user account
Firewall configured to allow connections (instructions in agent installation guide)
