NOTE

Each Tetra Agent version includes a three-part version number (Major.Minor.Patch). The first number denotes major releases, which may include breaking changes. The second number shows minor releases that introduce new, nonbreaking features. The third number indicates patch releases, which include all other nonbreaking changes that are made within each minor release.

After a new minor Tetra Agent version is released (for example, v2.3.x) the previous minor Agent version (v2.2.x) is still eligible for patches and customer engineering support. The minor Agent version that preceded it (v2.1.x) is supported for 90 days after the latest minor release only. Customers are required to upgrade to a supported minor Agent version’s latest patch release to correct any defects. TetraScience isn’t obligated to provide patches or hotfixes for unsupported release versions.
