The bug fixes for this release appear below.

DEVOPS-953 - Due to python v3.6 deprecation all related code was upgraded.
DL-744 - In-memory vs streaming processing parameter was changed from a hard-coded value to a configuration. This resolves the indexing issue that was present in TDP 3.2.4.

There are no minor functionality changes for this release.

Security-related enhancements and bugs were also addressed.
