Tetra IDBS E-Workbook Connector Allow List Endpoints
The following endpoints must be added to your organization’s allow list before you can use the Tetra IDBS E-Workbook Connector. If you’re using a Tetra Data Hub, make sure that you also add the endpoints listed in Tetra Data Hub Allow List Endpoints.
For Activating Single Sign-On (SSO) through Amazon Cognito
- Endpoint:
<domain-prefix>.auth.<aws-region>.amazoncognito.com
- Default port: TCP port 443
NOTE
<aws-region>
is the AWS Region where the TetraScience stack is deployed. TetraScience uses us-east-1 for Tetra hosted deployments.
For Tetra Data Platform (TDP) Orchestration, Status Reporting, and Data Uploads
- Endpoint:
api.<customer-tdp-location>
(Verify with your customer success manager which endpoint is required for your use case) - Default port: TCP port 443
For Creating, Retrieving, and Updating Spreadsheets in IDBS E-Workbook
- Endpoint:
<customer-tenant>.integrations.idbs-eworkbook.com
(Or an on-premises server) - Default port: TCP port 8443
NOTE
All connections to IDBS E-Workbook and the TDP are outgoing from the Connector. However, the Connector must be able to receive incoming HTTPS connections from a user’s web browser. The default port for this connection is 3003. You can configure a different port, if needed.
