Tetra Chromeleon Agent

The Tetra Chromeleon Agent is a high-performance Windows-based solution built on the Thermo Fisher Chromeleon 7 SDK to extract injections and associated data (such as, Spectral, Peak, Sequence, Audit Trial) from Thermo Chromeleon 7. Data is converted into a JSON formatted RAW file and uploaded to the Tetra Data Platform through a Generic Data Connector or Cloud Data Connector.

You can query the data using ElasticSearch API or AWS Athena Service provided by TetraScience. You can view and analyze the data using downstream Analytics such as: Spotfire, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, or Jupyter Notebook.

Requirements

The core application of the Tetra Chromeleon Agent is a Windows Services application that uses .NET Framework 4.8. You must deploy it on the same machine running Thermo Fisher Chromeleon 7 SP5 or higher. A valid user account is required to access Chromeleon and the Data Vault.

Chromeleon 7 SDK should support the major release of 7.2 SR5 and higher. Minor adjustments may be required to adjust potential compatibility issues.
