What's New?

TetraScience has released its next patch of the Tetra Data Platform (TDP) version 3.1.7. As its major focus, this patch targets several bugs surrounding the use of special characters and the reprocessing interface.

Enhancements

Enhancements are new features and functionality that have been added to the software.

Bug Fixes

Pipeline

• DP-10: The improvement fixes the (UI only) inconsistent select/deselect functionality for file reprocessing action.

Data Lake

• DL-125/DL-127/DL-134: Files and folder names that contain the following special characters now appear properly in the Search window: []{}()*+?.,\^$|#”

Deprecated Features

There are no deprecated features in the product at this time.

Known Issues

These are the known issues for this release of the TDP software (if available, a recommended workaround is provided for the known issue):

• DL-217/DL-218 - Files that have special characters (( { [ ) appear to be in the wrong order and are split in the file path when you browse in the Search window. However, this is just a visual issue; if you search for the path, the files are returned correctly.
• DL-219 - In the TDP Box and Egnyte source screen, you cannot edit a source that has special characters. If you need to make a change to a Box or Egnyte source that has special characters, you will need to delete it and create a new one.
