Tetra Chromeleon Agent

The Tetra Chromeleon Agent is a high-performance Windows-based solution built on the Thermo Fisher Chromeleon 7 SDK to extract injections and associated data (such as, Spectral, Peak, Sequence, Audit Trial) from Thermo Chromeleon 7. Data is converted into a JSON formatted RAW file and uploaded to the Tetra Data Platform through a Generic Data Connector or Cloud Data Connector.

You can query the data by using the TetraScience /searchEql API or Amazon Athena service. You can also view and analyze the data by using downstream analytics applications, such as Spotfire, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, and Jupyter Notebook.

Hardware and Software Requirements

To install and run the latest Tetra Chromeleon Agent version, the following hardware and software versions are required:

• Thermo Fisher Chromeleon 7 Service Release 5 (SR5) or higher
• One of the following Microsoft Windows versions:
  • Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise and Microsoft Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit editions
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2016
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2019
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2022
• .NET Framework 4.8
• 16 GB RAM minimum (64 GB RAM is recommended)
• 8 Core CPU
• 150 GB of free disk space minimum
• (Optional) a valid Chromeleon user account to access Data Servers and Data Vaults if Chromeleon User Mode is turned on
