Tetra Data Platform Deployment Options

This page describes the available Tetra Data Platform (TDP) deployment options for customers:

• Tetra hosted: The TDP is hosted and managed by TetraScience. Based on customer requirements, optional packages for security and compliance are available. This was formerly referred to as a Multi-Tenant (MT) deployment.
• Customer hosted and Tetra managed: The TDP is hosted on the customer's AWS accounts but managed by TetraScience with an available optional subscription for premium customer service support.
• Customer hosted: The TDP is managed on the customer's AWS accounts, and TetraScience provides basic platform support. This was formerly referred to as a Single Tenant (ST) deployment.
