v1.0.0
Release date: 13 February 2026
TetraScience has released its first general availability version of the Tetra Charles River Apollo Connector, version 1.0.0. The Connector integrates with the Charles River Apollo API to automatically retrieve documents from opted-in studies and upload them to the Tetra Data Platform (TDP) with rich metadata and labels for downstream processing. The Connector works in conjunction with the Charles River Apollo Study Opt-In Manager pipeline, which manages which studies are opted into for document retrieval.
Prerequisites
Tetra Charles River Apollo Connector v1.0.0 requires the following:

Limitations
The following are known limitations of the Tetra Charles River Apollo Connector:
- IP Allowlisting Required: The Charles River Apollo API requires IP allowlisting. TDP IP addresses must be allowlisted in the Charles River Apollo API firewall configuration before the Connector can be used.
- Manual Study Opt-In: Opting into studies is a manual process that requires uploading a CSV file with study IDs and sponsor email addresses to the Charles River Apollo Study Opt-In Manager pipeline.
- Opted-In Studies Only: The Connector only downloads documents from studies that have been opted into via the Charles River Apollo API. Documents from studies that have not been opted into will not be retrieved.
