Tetra OpenLab Agent v1.0.x Release Notes
The following are the release notes for Tetra OpenLab Agent versions 1.0.x. The Agent is an on-premises, Windows-based data integration that pulls data from Agilent OpenLab CDS and uploads it to the Tetra Data Platform (TDP). The integration can help scientists quickly process, analyze, and cross-reference chromatography data from Agilent OpenLab CDS through Tetra Data Apps, such as Chromatography Insights. The data can then also be processed by a pipeline, translated into a Tetra Data model, and integrated with other systems.
v1.0.0

New Functionality
New Functionality includes features not previously available in the Tetra OpenLab Agent.
Customers can use the Tetra OpenLab Agent to upload result sets, which is processed data that includes raw chromatography data, method details, and injection list from Agilent OpenLab CDS into the TDP. To enable this, the Agent includes the following new functionalities:
- Tetra OpenLab Agent Management Console: helps users configure access to Agilent OpenLab CDS and select projects for monitoring and uploading to the TDP. Customers can also use the console to optimize performance settings as demand or usage changes, and monitor progress and errors that may have occurred during data acquisition.
- Detection and Acquisition of new or changed Result Sets: automatically detects and uploads any new or updated chromatography data from Agilent OpenLab CDS 2.7.9 or higher into the TDP. The following data fields are currently supported:
- Raw Data: Chromatograms, Signal
- Peak Information: Retention Time, Peak area and height, and Peak width
- Linked Processing Method
- Compound Information: Compound Name, Calibration
- Injection List: Sample Information, Sequence Position
- Imported data originally generated using Agilent Chemstation
- Audit Trail: Name of User that defined or modified the acquisition method
- Configure Project Command: allows customers to programmatically notify the Agent to configure an OpenLab project to either upload or stop uploading data to the TDP by using the
TetraScience.Agent.openLab.ConfigureOpenLabProjects
command and TDP Command Service. For more information, see Tetra OpenLab Agent Configure Project Command. - Agent Audit Trail: tracks changes made in the Configuration tab of the local, Agent Management Console.
